How quickly does your IGF level rise after your gh shot?

Peaks between 1.5-3 hours. Starts rise in minutes if subQ and slightly delayed IM. And of course right away IV.

Pre workout injection one hour before could allow you to break down the muscle tissue in an elevated IGF environment.
I would think that this would be the best way to take advantage of the elevated IGf levels

See I follow a different protocol. Post workout so the G can get to work on the damaged fibers which would be ripe for a hyperplasiac effect. Never tried your method but give it a go and let us know how it goes. And one more thing to add- post workout your blood sugar will be at it's lowest for a peak absorption. Then and when you first wake up. If your way works maybe I'll give it a roll. So many options as it is not one size fits all.
