I’ve used both before a few years ago, IGF pre workout and MGF on rest days.
Current training schedule is Mon/Tue Thur/Fri (training 630am) upper/lower split - with the occasional quick arm day on a Saturday.
Is there a better way to run these than the way I have in the past. Should there be an extra day after using MGF with its longer time in the system?
