I am planning on running 30 days of Innovative's IGF1 LR3 (mixed with AA). My goals are increased muscularity and fat loss - they are of equal importance. I am currently 205 lbs, and very lean @ 5'8" tall. I train 5X per week and plan on shooting 60mcg in the bodypart trained that day. I cannot shoot it throughout the day, as has been suggested.
Here's the questions -
1. After training I do between 20-30 mins of cardio. Do I shoot the IGF into the bodypart(s) trained prior to doing the cardio or after?
2. Is 60mcg per day appropriate for a 205 lb individual? What about on non-workout days - do I skip IGF altogether?
3. Once reconstituted (with AA), must the IGF be kept refrigerated for the 30 days? Of course I will keep it cool/dark place, but is refrigeration a must?
