I am a female(posting on my boyfriend's name) and am 5'6" 140lb at about 12%(maybe less) body fat and am currently taking T3 and clen and am considering IGF(IGF-1 long R3). My goal is 160lb and as lean as i can be.
All the info I have read lists dosage anywhere between 20-120 mcg daily split up at different times. From what I have read it seems like splitting it up into 4 doses would be sufficient. Also seems like it should be administered on site. So, I have a couple questions for anybody that knows what is going on and is willing to help me. 1) what would be an adequate dosage for me per day? 2) since i work a couple different muscles a day and this is an on site dose would it be a good idea if i split it into 4 and alternated the muscles at different times? for example, chest and triceps day, one injection in each pec in the a.m. and one in each tri post work out. then next week opposite. each tri in the a.m. and each pec post work out?
