igf - vinegar

I'm going 2use the vinegar method for reconstituting my jgf,I will have a 1mg vial. is any particular type of vinegar recommended I live in the uk. do I add the 1part vinegar and 7 parts bw together in the vial?

i think i read on someother forum that buy vinegar available at shops but i aint sure at sterility of it
and they said only 15% vinegar i thinkk rest water

I use Asda own brand Distilled white vinagar.

thanks for input,so do u mix the vinegar 1part with 7 parts distilled water then mix this with the powder? any info on ratio's etc would be appreciated.

I use 100mcg vials of IGF and the way I reconsitute is I mix 12iu vinagar and 88iu sterial water in a slin pin then inject the mix into the vial.

I mix my vinegar and water together the filer thru a .22 into a sterile vial and used that to reconstitiute
