If you've got a street bike, please be careful. On the 23rd of last month I got into a serious motorcycle accident. I spent 4 days in operation, broke both femurs, broke my right tib,fib, broke my jaw in 2 places, broke my right scapula, and fractured my spine in several places. I'm pretty well f*cked up right now boys. I can't walk at the moment, my lower right leg break was bad enough and I lost enough bone they did an entire metal replacement as well as both femurs although nothing really feels stable yet, it needs to really solidify. I'm healing quickly, much faster than expected according to the doctors. I speculate having some Test in my system had something to do with it, but whatever it is I'm thankful and want to get well as soon as possible. I didn't use anything for the hospital stay and I've just gotten home and began taking a therapeutic dose of 600mg Test and Deca a week to help with tissue healing and hopefully promote some joint comfort because I've got a serious recovery in front of me to make. At this point I think the most valuable thing I could take would be IGF1 LR3. I've used both it and growth in the past and I'm a believer in their capabilities and feel they can really help me heal faster and stronger. I can't afford GH at the moment but IGF is in the affordable range so I need some advice on how I should run it. I'm confined to a bed for the next few weeks still and want to get the most bang for my buck out of my dose until I can get back into the gym and really put it to use. What amount would be appropriate to help heal me? 50mcg ED? lower because I'm not active? Higher because I've got trauma and it's warranted? I don't' have enough experience to make this decision on my own so if you have an education or lot of experience with IGF you're opinions or theories are welcomed and appreciated. Thanks! :D
 
im sorry to hear that a good bro of mine spent months in for the same thing hang in there bro. for your question have checked datbetrue's thread at the top. or search grunt76 but i think his is mostly for BB but may have some good info in it.

It seems that IGF1 is better to use for this purpose but I'm not sure I've ever seen IGF1 only the LR3? Also there weren't any specific dosages recommended and nothing was too specific so I'm still looking for someone who's done this themselves or can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

You have already put the limitation on things by your finances.

You are injured in a lot of places so it makes little sense to try to work on local injury repair.

I am believer that you micro dose IGF-1 LR3 (like five tiny injects) over a small area multiple times a day as close to the injury as possible for as long as you can.

However you have injures that require systemic circulation.

So you should get on with it. Don't waste time.

You need higher pulsatile release of GH as well.

There is also no reason not to use the herb Cissus to cut the rate of bone healing in half.

Lets throw limited finances out the window. This is my body I'm talking about and I'll find a way to do whatever protocol you suggest. My health and body are what matter to me most so I can sacrifice everything else.

I ordered Cissus as well as Beverly's dessicated beef liver as it was highly recommended. I think that should cover the supplements, now I just need to get my peptides in order.
 
Can someone help to answer my prayers?

I've been using BB forums daily for over 8 years. Religiously. Helping people wherever I can and learning as much as I can. I spent almost all of my time learning about AS and dabbled in GH, insulin, thyroid, DNP, and hundreds of others:angel-sm;. I've spent what I would estimate as thousands of hours studying and helping other people and when I had my accident I knew the one thing I could rely on was my fellow brothers to help me be the best I could be. I've lost so much already I was really hoping that I could just get back to being the absolute best I could be at whatever cost and use the combined knowledge of all the vets on the board. A good friend of mine on my home forum highly recommended I try out this forum and in particular contact a certain mod that's very well educated on peptides and could give me information and help educate me so that I might heal faster but apparently the little people (or the new people) aren't of high priority and I got half an answer and a recommendation to "do what the doctor tells you to". I've been doing this long enough to know we don't do what the doctor tells us to and I'd think a 25 year old that barely made it out of ICU after 4 days of intensive surgeries and is now stuck in wheel chair with over 30 fractures would be someone any good person would be interested in helping to the best of their abilities especially being extremely educated on the topic but not everyone has the same outlook on life as I do. I would have been very grateful if you could have found the time and compassion to help out someone in great need, even if you knew nothing else about me. I in no way intend for this to be offensive or to slander anyone's character as it may have just been an over site on the severity of the situation, but my accident was extremely gruesome and has left me forever impaired and changed my life. If anyone finds the time to read this please don't think it's an attempt to b*tch and complain or that I have any hostility towards anyone I only hope and humbly request that if anyone out there has anything to offer me, to help me heal more efficiently or improve my quality of life, I would greatly appreciate you're input, it would mean the world to me. I want the people who have offered genuine advice to know that I've purchased the supplements recommended and I spend my days in bed waiting for my next chance to take my next serving and continue to pray that they are working. I think you will love the Cissus. I takes a few weeks for it to get into your system good. But once it is there your soreness will be greatly reduced. You will know when it is working. You will touch bodyparts that are in pain and you will barely notice it. I use the soreness test to determine if I am overtraining. If my soreness can surpass the "cooling sensation" of the cissus, then it is time to cut back. Just make sure you have a high enough potency.

I can understand the worry but it's not really any more valid of an excuse now than it would be in telling someone how to take testosterone ya know? At least this is all done from a "research" point of view and if for any reason you don't feel that's the case or it's been written differently I suggest you give me no advice and only advice for what you would do in the scenario of a seriously oversized hamster with similar injuries that has absolutely no relationship to the original topic. Just saying there's way's around it and I'm just seriously messed up. I'm going to put thousands and thousands of mcg of this shit through "my hamster" as it is so why not help me do it as safe as possible and get the best results. I'll never stop fighting, I won't give up on this, and I only intend to spend as much timing healing as I need to and if there's a way to cut that down you better believe I'm gonna. We all have different right answers but in this case I know what I want and need to do so I'm balls to the wall and in the dark if need be. I did my first tren conversion from pellets over 8 years when I was 17 years old and I never looked back, I regret nothing, and I'm convinced it's the best thing for me. Hey bro I've been taking the cissus for a few days now and I've been loading and to be honest I haven't been nearly as sore. I'm taking it to help heal my bones and at this point I'm not sure if my pain is reducing naturally or if it's really making that big of a difference but I'm not gonna question it and I'll keep on taking it. I'm taking Super Cissus RX by USPlabs, following the loading instructions even though I usually don't, so if you're familiar with it maybe you can let me know if it's potent. Thanks.

I can touch a bodypart this is sore and I know the pain is there but my brain doesn't force me to say ouch or acknowledge the pain. It doesn't mean you should ignore it, it just means that you can still go about your day in peace. When you are able to exercise again you will really come to appreciate it.

I've been taking 3 in the AM and 2 with lunch and another 2 with dinner so I think I should be saturating my system pretty well at the moment and when I feel it's reached it's potential I'll drop it to 2 twice a day and if I feel it lessens the effect I'll re-up it. Whatever it takes. :D Thanks.

Thanks bro. "Never say die" right? I never imagined I'd be this messed up. The doctors said that my muscle mass is what saved me on impact so I was fortunate I put the time in the gym because if not I might not have been here, so if it was a good thing then, I'm gonna get back to it and work even harder. Thanks for the support.

I know you said Gh was out of your reach, but as soon as you can get it, I feel the better. Pulse it at high doses to help rev up your SYSTEMIC igf, and it'll aid greatly in the healing process...keep your head up and keep on truckn, theres a light at the end of your tunnel....
 
Yeah man I found a way to make the GH possible. I'll have 400IU at my disposal within a few weeks. I'll run that and IGF together although I haven't decided on a dose yet I'm thinking 8IU split AM/PM and 100MCG of IGF. What do you mean by pulsing it? Better yet how would you take it and what doses and all? I've got a lot of reading to do in the next few days but I could take GHRP-6 with it or any other peptides if they will help. Sh*t I'll take EVERYTHING that will help at whatever doses needed and I'll find a way to finance it so let's hear it! Thanks man and I'm healing well and getting stronger I just need those bones to do their thing!
 
i dont have anything constructive to add other than get better man. i ride a cbr 600rr and have had it in pretty close on a few occassions especially with other cars on the road. i was in a pretty bad car wreck a few years back and it was very depressing as I was stuck in my home for 3 months straight on top of the horrible hospital stay. i really found out who my real friends were, the ones who actually took the time to visit me on a regular basis. you might get depressed on the time ahead but you currently have a great attitude and the self-knowledge of being able to help yourself out of your doctors office. get well
