Same here, when I did IGF i did 50mcg pwo in each muscle trained...now I learn this was incorrect and should have done so before bed...so frustrating...but I did keep a pump a LONG time and it seems that it helped w some local growth and repair, but that may be because I was LOOKING for that so of course I "saw" it...
GH I am first timer and also using peptides...
Only taking 2iu in the morning and have gotten leaner but not gaining muscle of course. My diet is too low calorie to do so anyway, at 214 lbs and about 9% bodyfat...started at 240 lbs and about 16% I believe. So along with diet/cardio/training of course I feel that gh and peptides have helped a LOT.
Been on it for about 3-4 months now and considering bumping up to 3iu in the mornings and continuing peptides at night...to continue getting leaner.
I don't compete any longer, but feel my chest, shoulders and back are big enough and really
need more size on tris and calves primarily.
Would doing say 5iu on those days and 2iu on the others be of use to promote growth those days? Also kick calories up a bit on those days?
AAS/supp wise: 150mg test enanth HRT twice a wk (300 weekly), 25mg proviron/day, 12.5mg exemestane/day, 250mg mucuna pruriens/day, fish oil/multi/joint support daily, 1MR preworkout, BCAA during workout, whey isolate and karbolyn pwo, OxyElite Pro a couple times a wk. GH is done 5 days a wk at 2iu currently. Peptides are 50-100mcg CJC1295 and 50mcg GHRP6 + 100mcg Ipamorelin before bed.
I am not wanting to add ANOTHER shot a day so I was thinking to bump up the morn GH shot to promote growth on days I train tris/calves. I may even split them out and have a day a wk where I only do tris and calves and take higher GH dose and peptides as well as structure my AAS shot to peak that day as well as eat an extra 75g protein and 50 carbs or so...getting a BIT too over thought here honestly.
Thoughts??
