igf1 lr3 vs hgh...my experience

ive been using hgh for 3 months now n im a 1st time user...the results in both mass and fat loss has been far greater w/ hgh use..im not saying that i didnt get sum benefit w/ lr3 but the results w/ hgh use has been far greater...anyone else share my experience? or have a different opinion?/

yeah i got pretty much nothing from the igf-lr3. I'm a first time gh user as well. About 1.5 months in at 5ius 5 days a week. Definitly like the GH alot better.

How much GH are you running?

Same here, when I did IGF i did 50mcg pwo in each muscle trained...now I learn this was incorrect and should have done so before bed...so frustrating...but I did keep a pump a LONG time and it seems that it helped w some local growth and repair, but that may be because I was LOOKING for that so of course I "saw" it...


GH I am first timer and also using peptides...
Only taking 2iu in the morning and have gotten leaner but not gaining muscle of course. My diet is too low calorie to do so anyway, at 214 lbs and about 9% bodyfat...started at 240 lbs and about 16% I believe. So along with diet/cardio/training of course I feel that gh and peptides have helped a LOT.
Been on it for about 3-4 months now and considering bumping up to 3iu in the mornings and continuing peptides at night...to continue getting leaner.

I don't compete any longer, but feel my chest, shoulders and back are big enough and really need more size on tris and calves primarily.
Would doing say 5iu on those days and 2iu on the others be of use to promote growth those days? Also kick calories up a bit on those days?

AAS/supp wise: 150mg test enanth HRT twice a wk (300 weekly), 25mg proviron/day, 12.5mg exemestane/day, 250mg mucuna pruriens/day, fish oil/multi/joint support daily, 1MR preworkout, BCAA during workout, whey isolate and karbolyn pwo, OxyElite Pro a couple times a wk. GH is done 5 days a wk at 2iu currently. Peptides are 50-100mcg CJC1295 and 50mcg GHRP6 + 100mcg Ipamorelin before bed.
I am not wanting to add ANOTHER shot a day so I was thinking to bump up the morn GH shot to promote growth on days I train tris/calves. I may even split them out and have a day a wk where I only do tris and calves and take higher GH dose and peptides as well as structure my AAS shot to peak that day as well as eat an extra 75g protein and 50 carbs or so...getting a BIT too over thought here honestly.

Thoughts??

6iu per day very noticable difference..im the guy on here that gained 20lbs in 7-8 weeks w/o working out (235-255). ive been working out for 6 weeks again and i went from 255-265...i am a strait shooter im not on here to bullshit anybody i feel that i am a hyper-responder...the last 2 months ive been on a combo of test/1-test cyp
 
Protocol

There is that magic word again, I have found that the physical transformation one makes while taking IGF works better than HGH if you follow a particular protocol. One must time his carb intake and know when they should be taking their protein and I believe that in 5 weeks of 1 cycle on IGF and the results can be greater
 
Besides timing of carbs, the dosage is important too. I felt nothing at 50mcg untill i bump it up to between 80-100mcg and multi pinning them.
 
Whats the secret protocol? I have no results from igf and would like to know.

To answer your guys question about "secret protocol" I must first know how you are taking it, when you are taking it, how much you are taking,diet, like what exactly are you eating prior to taking the Igf. There are many factors here in this equation to successful outcome of the usage of IGF. PM me and I will be more than happy to help guide you through whatever it is that needs adjusting.

Personally, I think IGF is a big waste of money. Especially compared to GH. I tried IGF 3 times. Pretty much no results. On the other side, GH works great.
 
I have yet to use GH but have used other peps for quite some time now. I will say IGF is very particular about how it is used. I have had some great runs and some that delivered nothing. Of course the quality of the product in question is always a variable.
 
I think that for some reason with Gh it's almost like you can't fuck it up. 2 iu of GH and above is going to do something for just about anyone. I like it for fat loss, joint pain relief and so on. Also, I think the gh peptides are great for fat loss, sleep, and making skin look great.

With igf-1lr3 I think the problem is that it is very similar to a short acting insulin when it comes to its short-term effects. When a person is talking about how they didn't see much from it they are often referring to 1 or 2 short runs with it- i.e. not talking about hyperplasia results which are said to take a long time to manifest. So, what's being discussed are more along the lines of the mass gains one sees from humalog or humalin-r. I don't even want to get into the debate about long-term use and hyperplasia with igf-1lr3 because I don't have a real answer and don't know how anyone does (I mean, how would a person really measure that vs. hypertrophy? Are people doing biopsies on themselves and counting the "new" muscle cells vs hypertrophied cells...?).

So, if people are going by the actual "insulin-like" properties of the drug then, yes, it is very much about timing, carb intake etc. For me, I don't see much from even humalog if I'm not on aas. This is a very important factor. For whatever reason I just cannot seem to get the same effects from insulin when I'm not "on." I really do believe there is some benefit to igf-1 lr3 and peg-mgf. But, I can't prove it. A lot of people are going to perceive that they are getting more bang for their buck from test and insulin as it's hard to really verify the hyperplasia results and the "insulin-like" results are appear to work very similarly to actual insulin.

Sometimes I've wondered if I'm using too little igf-1 lr3/peg-mgf though. I may give it a run at much higher/more frequent doses and see what happens. :)

People, save your money up and buy HGH. It costs a little more but it actually works :) and there are so many other benefits to it than just increased IGF levels.

This is insane sir! Amazing results. But damn that's a lot of GH to run through over a 7-8 week period = money!

Did you take a break after the 7-8 weeks? Also, how did you take the 6iu? All at once or broken up?

Have you attempted the 10iu, 3x's/wk, post workout protocol? I've never used GH but am getting more and more intrigued by it. Also getting a bit tired of IM injections with AAS.
