Actually, i can squat around 850 lbs. thats why my legs are behind, because i would only squat for powerlifting. just 3 sets of 5 squats foolowed by DLs and maybe some hyperext. i worked up 675 for 3 sets of 5, parallel, which means hip joints break the plain of the knees. i was going to go qualify for the WPO (world powerlifting org) last year at the arnold in the 198 class, but fuked up my shoulder taking too much adrol and benching. wpo is the pro powerlifting org. raw bench is now 545 raw, touch and go, my shirt doesnt fit anymore but it gives around 80 pounds, so it would be around 625 or so. not big numbers for my wgt now, but pretty good for 198s. DLs suck, a whopping 620! Good bencher=shitty DLer, and visa versa.
i rarely do squats now and my legs are responding well. i do all those other exercises that hurt so damn bad.
