hi guys. i posted pics from a few weeks ago, and now have the new ones up(thanks to dave). these were from last week, 4 out, still sittin on 200. the lighting sucks cause i cant get the flash to work.

Im still at 200, but waist is down to 33.5 in the morn, which is the lowest its EVER been. was around 34- 34.5 in morn for last 3 weeks. my skin is paper thin every where exect low back and low abs. people tell me its just water, but wouldnt i be holding water in calves and chest-delt tie-ins too?

DP, i took ur advice, i figured i must just be being conservative. carbs are at 105 roughly 36g after each cardio session and weights. total cals are aprox 1800-1850.

The fat is melting off now, i will weigh at the gym in a few hrs.
Please critique my pysique honostly. i am considering staying on diet and doing jr. nats with u DP. i know can get there by then, but i dont know if i am developed enough yet?

i just got back from the gym. i weighed 196!! my abs were notably better, and could see the veins starting up from the bottom!

3 weeks out.. not a lot of time but enough.. you should post Exactly at this point what your doing as far as diet, training, gear, cutting compounds, and your plans for shredding off the water. Thiers a lot of guys here with the knowledge that can tune it up if it needs it...

well, ive been talking to dpsquat about my diet and carb deplete/load. still dont have a plan for that yet, cant find info for a fri night prejudge and sat morn show. i will run aldactone and have diazidyde on hand in case.

diet and cardio are:

7:00-7:45- 45 min cardio

1)8:00 5.5 oz grilled chicken(no season) and 6oz baked potatoes

2)12 or 12:30- 3oz 90%lean beef w/3oz shrimp, 2 tbls sala,lettuce

about 2:45-300- 45 min cardio
3)3:30 or 4:00- same as 1

4) 7:00
post work out: 40 g whey blended w/ 1/2 cup dry oatmeal

5) 9:00- 3oz chopped grilled chicken on lettuce with grilled red and green peppers

6) 11:00- same as 2

totals: 1865 cals/ 105 carbs/ 263 pro/ 35 fat

Be VERY CAREFUL with water altering compounds - I've seen them backfire on guys too many times and they end up flat as pancakes. Lee Priest just keeps turning the screws gradually and walks into his shows without freaking his body out and does pretty well. Before a show is no time to experiment man.


Pictures don't lie and I have great confidence in you doing well.

Looks like your conditioning is coming in nicely...I wouldnt do anything to crazy the last week, unless you know how your body will react...

from what u have posted, i would cut the beef out and replace it with fish. also need a betterprotein/carb/fat ratio.. imo u need about another 50 grams of protein/day if not more.
physically upper body is great. legz are lacking a little size and definition....overall thought u look like ur almost there good luck

from reading your diet i see some things i would re-do!
why only the 3 oz of beef and grilled chicken? little portion imo. get those a lot higher. also, 90% lean beef isn't lean enough when dieting. get something more lean. what are your plans for carb loading? up those meat portions and you'll be better off!

well my show is in 2 days. I finally got down to 185. Started aldactone and cut sodium and weighed 177 this morning!

I was eating the 3 oz beef with 3 oz salad shrimp. like a taco salad w/o the taco.

I have not taken any new pics, but will get the ones from the show up as soon as i get them.

Im not gonna carb load till after weigh-in fri night to make middles.
