So I have what I believe is fairly mild use of Anavar. 3
Three times a week T/TH/ Sunday on heavy lift days 40mg
Then on off days I try and cut fat with 10mg and restricted diet.
I do eat a lot of steak which can obviously imapct choleresterol. What prompts this is I got my blood work and my Chol which is usally awesome has flipped.

I reall like the routine- it has had good impact in the workout as I can make new PRs fairly frequenty on different gains. I'd prefer not to modify my var use - assuming it's actaully var.
Question 1. Any preferred supplement you guy swould suggest?
Question 2. Suggested modification of var? Maybe I cut it down to 20mg instead of 40 on workout days.
Bonyus quesiton 3: If I stopped Anavar- how long till cholesterol returns to normal?
