HRT for women, Anavar only.

Do any women here have any experience with Anavar and HRT? Experience with it? Thanks in advance.

I have a few female friends that compete and are now on HRT
The use anavar (and others) for cycles in addition to their TRT.
All but one takes 10mg per week , and that has them well out of the normal range but not so far to cause negative side effects that can't easily be controlled

is that 10mg of test cyp a week? if injected once a week will that require any ai or serms to control estrogen?

Yep , 10mg per week for a female.
The only time we have used any estrogen control was during prep when dieting down hard the last several weeks otherwise their estrogen was within acceptable levels but that's not saying everyone will have that response.
It's definitely something that needs to be checked with labs

My gf takes 10mg test cyp twice per week per her hrt clinic and I’ve seen no signs of virilization. I will say when she was tested Dr said she’s the lowest he’s ever seen. Btw, I had her on 12.5mg Anavar per day for a 4 week period and somehow she gained a touch of water weight. She was Uber lean at the time as well. Anyone heard of woman gaining water weight on var?

Yea alot of women will hold a little sub-Q water with anavar.
I have any females I train drop it 10 days out from a show just for that reason Or swap it out with low.dose winstrol depending on the class

Thanks for confirming that. It’s just quite the opposite in the men I’ve prepped, but women are way more complex. I like the idea of the switch to winstrol couple weeks out. What do you define as low dose winny for females?

If I have a female taking 10mg Anavar I'll swap it out for 5mg winstrol two weeks out. That prevents any possible water from the var and the DHT from the winstrol helps with a dryer harder look.
It really depends on the class as well.
A large, woman physique might get 10-12.5mg winstrol where a figure would get about half that.
I've seen winstrol cause some pretty quick sides so I prefer to use it sparingly.
I think that most female these days are using alot more gear than they need. When there sex hormones are in thr optimal "natural" range with some HGH , a little Anavar and or primobolan goes a long way

my wife always gains water weight on var. its legit var too. not on winny, for that reason she hates it during dieting down as it skews photos and progress.

My wife was on 10mg/wk TC. She tested far too high.
Then 8mg/wk TC............still too high.
Now on 6mg/wk TC and still out of range but not excessively.

Test in from compounding pharma and I am drawing correctly(me do maths goodr.)

My point? If using for actual health/wellness purposes get the levels tested to find proper dose.

All great points fellas. Speaking of HGH I do have her on a replacement dose of 1iu 5 days on, 2 days off. Just split some 25mg var into quarters for her (which was a bitch btw). 4 weeks until the beach so I’ll have her take ~5mg var these next 2 weeks then switch to ~5mg winny for last 2 weeks so she’s dry for the beach. Her dad is an old school bb so they always have a competition who can show up the leanness for vacay. I’ll gladly bring my A game as well.

Any of you guys or your chicks experienced heart cramps on var? My gf is only taking 5mg var daily (been on for a week) and swears it’s causing heart cramps. I told her to skip a day and sure enough no heart cramps. Gonna have her switch to winny, but just found it odd as never heard of it.

Never heard of heart cramps before but she may just be the one in 10,000 that may be predisposed to heart cramps. Try skipping 4/5 days to clear her body and repeat to determine any correlation.

My wife generally uses Var for 6/7 weeks in winter and 7/8 weeks again in July. This is since the mid 90's. Dosages vary between 10 to 20 mg day and as high as 25mg.
Just so you know that I'm not talking out of my butt without lady experience.

I did like you said and let the var clear out and no heart cramps so she’s just an off ball that gets cramps on var apparently. Switched her over to 5mg winny and she’s golden now.
