I admit to not having my blood tested frequently enough and after some sudden chest, spine, and lung pain for the past six to eight weeks I am going to test more frequently. ER said pleuricy but thats what I told them when I went in. Wonder if I should have kept my mouth shut and let them diagnose. Living in a rural area we dont exactly have "top docs" . We have some top veterinarians though.
Can anyone help with a link to a thread or just some input on what to test for - obvious test levels. A CBC panel which includes cholesterol levels, hemocrit levels, etc. I searched but found no real thread regarding blood testing recommendations and guidelines on when to test.
Personally, I do not like going to the docs in my health plan. So any tests will be through an online service. I forget the name but know a search would find it.
I dont know how to set up a poll but wonder what percentage of individuals test their levels regularly.
