No it's not "bad" advice. Prolactin is usually only a problem in an elevated estrogen environment. Usually being the key word here. And notice I said "most likely" will not need caber/prami.

Sorry but I have to disagree .plenty of members on here have complained about sore nipples when using very low test with tren or no test at all .just recently there was a thread about a member using just tren and mast and he had nipple soreness.

There will be exceptions and some people will be very prolactin sensitive as some are very estrogen sensitive. What Blackstang said will hold true for a lot of people though. Should have prami or caber on hand just in case but I've never needed when estrogen in check and I know many others the same. I find when lean I need no ancillaries whatever I use which I put down to the fact estrogen rears is ugly head when bodyfat higher. Early cycles when I was mid to high teens bodyfat I needed ai for just 500 test otherwise nipples sore as fuck. On single digits I can run 1.5g no ai not an itch. Even gh at higher bodyfat have me sore nipples which I put down to the estrogen prolactin synagy as an ai stopped it dead. Won't be the same for everyone though

Everyone is different. I know with certainty that I need to take prami with Tren. I wish I did not..

If I run ~100mg cyp/week taken EOD, my E2 climbs out of range. If I add tren to this, forget it, sex drive tanks. I don't like AI's, so I switched to prop at 20mg ED or 40mg EOD. I've been on tren with it for a few weeks now, absolutely no prolactin issues that I've experienced before. I have plenty of caber just in case, but I mostly just pop .25mg here and there for the sex benefits
