actually im doing a low volume now. i think i spent too long on high volume and it bothers my bursitis. and the tear in my forearm i think was my body sayin its time for a change. i spent a year straight on high volume. now im on the big beyond belief system agian and its working quite well and im getting my strength back and can train heavy on this volume.
ill see in a month how i feel but as long as im progressing i will keep the volume low.

im 5 foot 9. i look bigger cuz i have small joints and a small waist. plus my traps grow fast so it makes me appear thicker.

thanks man. im gona try and stay 220 for the whole offseason and stay lean so i dont have to kill myself next year and i can really get conditioned. no more bulking up like lee priest for me. its too much work.


honestly i was skeptical about plasmajet. i got s bunch of samples of sizon and superpump250 so i decided to try them the way gaspari reccomends. all i can say is this stuff feels like it shouldnt be legal!!!!! the 3 combined are very druglike. i didnt even take the novadex xt and cytolean like reccomended. i can just imagine how it would be.

im gonna try this stuff for about 6 weeks and see what happens. i am very happy so far.

damn bro. looking huge. I am doing the same. staying lean this offseason. no fatty 260. itsnot fun losing 50+ lbs for shows, I have done it the last 2 shows. u sacrifice mucle size big time and cant come in as tight.
 
you diet all your muscle away, you need to revamp everything you do precontest or hire someone to oversee everything.

I agree. You hold size very well, but it seems when you diet down, you lose mostly muscle.

BTW, you look great right now.

each body part 3 times a week. on day 13-15 reps, one day 10-12 and one day 6-8 reps.

still doing cardio 20min 4 days a week first thing in the morning. i dont wana get fat.
