Increasing cardiovascular endurance- tricks?

Do HIT cardio on a treadmill.

1 minute sprint all out, 2 minute walk, 1 minute sprint all out , 2 minute walk. For 15 minutes.

I agree that EPO is the most likely to give you the edge you're looking for. Also consider the ECA stack, after all, classics never die and this stack will work for you if you are careful with it. Reckless use of ECA can lead to Adrenal fatigue.

Should have mentioned- it has to be done with a certain BP and under a certain HR. Otherwise I'd be loading up on adderall and going to town.

Interesting, I've been doing some research after getting that reply and thought I had found the holy grail. Not to come across as a dick but did you just try one brand or multiple? I've seen enough shady peptide companies in my life..

Upon my further reading I agree that it's probably safe at 10mg. I may give it a shot if absolutely needed.

Already have the cardio program and weight loss in place. Was just hoping there was something that could give me an extra boost.

One major issue I've encountered so far is debilitating lactic acid build up. Going to try baking soda and lemon juice- hope that helps.

Citrulline is a lactic acid buffer. Have you tried it?

GW never helped my endurance and I tried at least 5 different ones.

Rhodiola helps with endurance although mild.

I dunno if OP was also asking about training, but I also have had to recently condition for a similar goal, and I got the fastest results by throwing out the bodybuilding split and doing full body workouts (supersetting bodyparts) 3x a week with my cardio on the days in between. Obviously there is only time for 1 big move a bodypart, but you rotate the moves each workout. Your of day cardio should be specific to the event/test you are preparing for.

I hear this sometimes and think what the hell was in that bottle? Up to 20mg multiple sources cardarine never did anything noticeable for my endurance
