Injected air into the muscle

When injecting 1 cc of oil, I accidentally injected about 1/2 cc of air, too. It's been a few hours and I feel a little pain, but not much, so far. Other than heat and massage, anything else I should do? I assume it will go away at some point.

Air won't bother you IM, unless you pump a bunch of it in there in which case you might have some discomfort.

You'd have to inject a substantial amount of air, believe 3+cc maybe even 5 to do any harm

I do this all the time. However today I did a delt inject and put in about 1/5cc of air. When massaging the area post inject I could hear a "squishy" sound. Lol kinda tripped me out. Still no problem tho.

I leave a little bubble in there because if you don't you get about .1 cc of oil stuck In the syringe and it adds up.

^^^^same here I leave a somewhat large bubble to get all of it out,but I try not to inject the air but sometimes do,just a little. If it was dangerous we would hear of people dying of air injections all the time. So the more you do it the more you can gauge how big to make the bubble.

If you aspirate you'll put a little air in ...no biggie

Yeah this, I always pin that last little bit into my stomach fat because I'm paranoid.

I think if a little air.in the muscle was bad half this forum wouldn't be here lol. I was paranoid too. My first cycle it was airless. My 12 week cycle was almost, empty at week 9 so I never did that again

It used to be common practice for doctors to inject a little air in last to help keep the shot from leaking out.
