Injecting peptides into scar tissue

Lets say you've got some scar tissue in a small muscle group from numerous spot injects,synthol,etc... over the years. If you use igf and peg mgf in that area(biceps) can it be less effective if its going into scar tissue?

an educated guess would say no, its not less effective in the long run. I think it might slow down the absorption though, and make it take longer for the peptide to take effect.

I agree, anything injected into scar tissue will take quite a while to fully absorb, not to mention by pushing a pin in there u are just making MORE scar tissue

I would start using another injection site

I guess my question is not exactly about if your body is able to absorb peptide through scar tissue, but rather how to get rid of scar tissue from injects. On that note I do ART/Deep tissue 2-3 days a week and have for a long time and it has helped tremmendously in certain areas with scar tissue, but not so musch in other areas? Ultrasound? Anything that a Dr. can inject into it to dissolve it? Any thoughts?

I've only heard of ART/DTM working - its bloody painful, but works ....

Deep Tissue Massage is the only thing we know of as well..

it helps to break down the scar tissue + get the blood flowing so your body can re-absorb, repair, or get rid of the damaged tissue and cells.


FYI- it only works for the first year after you develop scar tissue, after that, you are pretty much stuck with it (this was told to us by a medical doctor)
