Has anyone experimented with injecting supplements such as creatine, arginine, vit C, ZMA, or aminos intramuscularly? I feel like when taking these supplements i either shit most out or they don't get absorbed and I end up farting all day. It seems injects pre and post workout with a small gauge needle would be most effective. Any experiences or knowledge anyone could share would be appreciated.
 
Hmmmm I dont know dude. You got a shot of Cell Tech rigged up? Heard lemon citruis burns. lol
 
I started shooting B-12 this month, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, and I do 1/2 cc 3 times per week. I haven't noticed a whole lot yet, maybe some increased hunger, but thats it.

Fuck i had no clue those were available as injects.
 
Screw IM hook that shit up IV. Make your own IV bags with saline and EAA's hook it up at night and you will get that constant drip of aminos and get huge:D I can see why you would want to do the magnesium IM because it can give you the shits but most of that stuff is bioavailable orally. So either you are taking shitty quality supps, or you need to take some support for your digestive system, probiotics and enzymes.
 
I tried the B complex vitamins and no improvements but it has only been a few days. I would perfer to take regular oral vitamins to save on scar tissue. If things improve I will let you guys know.

I found a few sources of Liquid Argine and carintine that you can inject. They are meant for race horses. I have not tried these but I believe the only benefit is quicker repair of torn muscles etc. No hgh etc effects from what I read.

Ive heard of a vitamin C drip.
 
I'm curious if smaller doses of these compounds wouldleave scar tissue since these chemicals have lighter molecular weights than others. I believe spot injections with these compounds would be the most efficient delivery system; not only would it be a direct route to the blood stream it would have the highest concentration in the muscle injected. Say for example you inject delts on a shoulders day, you are only training shoulders so the chemicals are delivered directly to the area your training. I know it will disperse throughout the body but within the first hour I would assume there would be high concentrations of the specific chemical in the shoulders. Now, (I'm shooting from the waist with all of this) this high concentration in the muscle group being worked should produce great pumps, stretching the muscle cells. I mean some choose to inject oil to pump up their muscles, why not functional chemicals.
 
I recall an article a couple years ago where a skinny kid from one of the mags, prolly M&F, decided to try n get in shape in like 1 month or some stupid thing like that. Anyways as part of this experiment he was goin to some kinda clinic and getting HUGE dose IVs of Vit C and E, I think it lasted a day or 2 before he was yackin his guts out like the 2nd time they did it.

Ya know creatine, arginine, glutamine all fine white powder... hmmm... just try snortin them all up post wo in a big fat line. Let me know how it works.:D
 
The stuff I used is a Vitamin B complex with high b12 concentration and you inject into the muscle or just under the skin. I will stick with it for a week and then I will go back to the Centrum type vitamins.

centrum SUX!! get a whole food multi so your not just pissing away your little bit of money you have spent on them..lol
