Has anyone experimented with injecting supplements such as creatine, arginine, vit C, ZMA, or aminos intramuscularly? I feel like when taking these supplements i either shit most out or they don't get absorbed and I end up farting all day. It seems injects pre and post workout with a small gauge needle would be most effective. Any experiences or knowledge anyone could share would be appreciated.
