I was on my 2nd set, recovering from a pec tear so everything is light I was doing 225 and i lean forward so the bar doesnt shrug my nuts. i felt a tweak in my mid to lower back after my set. i then decided to call it a day and not risk reinjuring it. it was not terrible pain but more of a tweak, tightness.
this was 3 days ago. i am not in pain and am able to cardio, but when i do movements that i need to rotate my torso, or stoop down, i definatley feel some dull pain in my mid to lower back.
does this sound like a strain or a spine injury?
any idea on how long I will be out for?
so far in the past 2 months i have had, pec minor tear, heart problems, injured wrist, injured nut (epidimitus), and now this
