A few week ago i tore my meniscus and im going to have to have surgury in bout 2 mths. I wanna continue to drop BF and weight. Heres the kicker i cant do cardio etc.(running, cutting on a dime,jogging etc.). Can anyone give me some advice on how to workout with weights to continue to drop weight and BF%. I was doing Insanity when i hurt my knee, that was the best workout cardio wise but now i cant do that becuz of swelling and pain. Can someone give me a sample workout with weight to help continue dropping weight and bf% Thanks in Advance ! Ranger
