Bought these 3 a month or so ago, but i can't say i'm liking the idea of sticking myself every day (i know, the 'lamin is every 3). I'm under Phils tutelage, but didn't get him to respond to my question about is this stuff really worth the daily pinning, maybe because it's a obviously stupid question
I'm 5'8" 186, running about 16-17% bf, and getting serious about leaning up. Following Phil's dieting and training recommendations, and doing cardio after lifting.
So to make a long story short, do you think this stuff gives the results worth pinning daily?
