its ridiculous. tax payers money. who the fuck cares whether or not they juiced. its old news. and we know they did, its just a waste. How about using those millions of dollars to start building that wall along the border down south

It is not about the performance enhancement anymore it is about BarryBonds lying to the GRAND JURY! Every single athlete that admitted use has been left alone and have moved on with their lives.Giambi,A-rod,Mcgwire,Romanowski etc...

The ones that this mess will not just go away for are the ones such as Bonds, Marion Jones(who did time!) and now Clemens who wouldn't give it up and stuck to their lies.

Barry Bonds will not get into the Hall of fame as there will always be an unofficial asterisk by his name right or wrong.

But now he is past the point of no return and he may now only be able to plea or cut some type of deal and even that is a slim chance.

This is all bull crap on what they are doing, it's a total waist of time money and puts the whole sports world in a bad position I wish they would get off these guys already.

Absolutely rediculous! What would happen if they really tested all the NFL players, olympians in offseason, or all the NHL hockey players? Good God, leave these pro athletes alone! People pay big bucks to go see these guys play, they would not go to watch an occasional home run or less touchdowns or just all around athletic superiority? These men are gifted athletes, they are the best of the best! They use gear and need to use gear to be able to play at a high level for so many games throughout the season. These guys don't use steriods to cheat or win titles, they use so that they can be at the top of their game for prolonged periods of time. They are on the road all the time, and it is hard on their bodies to perform night after night, they need something so that they can last. If you can't hit a ball well it doesn't matter how much gear u take, it just helps recovery and stamina for them. Move on to the hollywood stars that are using cocaine, and heroine and beating their wives ect....
