Im sure the flavor is gtg as I am a fan of myofusion and gaspari made the flavoring flawless. I have a co worker who swears by it (intra) for when he is cutting down, the amino profile is pretty good and due to the flavoring it makes it that much more enjoyable....

Yes....I use this often and very easy to mix as well as digest for me....taste isn't bad. Economical...10lbs for around $70 I pay.
