Iron Man Pro. Cant wait

Im really looking forward to this years Iron Man pro held here in LosAngeles Calif Saturday Jan 24th.

The Iron Man is one of the longest reigning pro shows and should be a blast . This year, no figure contest just all bodybuilding.

Last years winner was Phill Heath, but a big surprise in the show was Mo Elmossawi who ended up 3rd behind Heath and Gustavo. In 2007, Mo placed 14.

Im excited to be there and will have a press pass. I will try to share as much with you guys with possibly some video and some pics from backstage or early pre judging.

Also, if anyone cares, my pic is none other than a friend of mine named Mark Dugdale( not picking him cuz i know him but cuz he can win). Mark has always consulted with me about my shows and has offered a hand( i havnt always listened by the way, my bad)

Mark placed 2nd behind Tony Freeman in 07 and bested Silvio, Mo, Hidataka, and many others.

I know Mark might be a long shot but is very capable of winning this show for the following reasons:

Mark tends to dial in good for this show being that the show is only an hour flight from home, Mark is very hungry to return to top conditioned form that he is capable of after a little bit of a dissapointing 08 season.

Also, Mark is not doing the Arnold, Silvio and Mo are. Mark should be good and ready to kick butt at this show, I hope I'm right but if he doesn't win, i predict he will be a significant factor.

Awesome bro thats definately gunna be a blast!!! I wish I could be there. Any chance you will be attending the Olympia this year? Me and my girl are going and it will be my first time to Vegas

I'd love to get a group of AZ people together to go.

I have posted a couple threads about this years IM and I think it's going to be waaaay better than expected.

The top 8 at this show will no doubt all be Olympia qualifiers from past shows which shows you how tough this show can be.

Don't count out guys like Eddie A, Johnnie J, Troy Alves, and of course Moe. Any of those guys can grab an earlier O qualification and are capable of taking the whole thing.

Marcus Haley has been posting lots of pics and looks awesome. As I said before, if Mark shows up dry like he has in the past he can easily crack the top two again.

I will be watching the webcast if I can't make the show.

RONJON: I cant make it to the Olympia this year because my wife is due in Mid March and will be too tough to travel with the kids. I will be at the USA in Vegas in July and competing at the nationals is Nov.
