I have some Humulin R (insulin) I have read it really helps with keeping one lean and building muscle. BUT I also read the down sides, i was planning on just 1iu a day for a few days and see how it did but all the other mumbo jumbo you have to do makes me think twice. Having to take it right after a workout is ok but that 6 to 8 hour window of tracking sugar levels and having dextrose close by seems to be a bit troublesome. I wanted to know if any of you guys have tried it, did you like it? how did you cycle it? etc.
