I'm going to run EQ and deca. i start eq for four weeks at 200mgs a wk. i just bumped it up to 300mgs wk now i was going to add deca at 300mgs wk four 4 wks. then bump both to 400mgs four 4 wks and keep bumping evey 4 wks. I was going to try this because my gains seem to stop after about 8wks. going to run both four 16-20 wks

No, just the opposite, and an absurdly long cycle.
 
For the sake of being sane about things I have always believed to start at a lower dose and see if you get good results. You can increase if need be. But it does not always work out that more will increase gains. EQ and DECA are slow esters. It will take a couple of weeks to notice any effect. 16-20 weeks is pretty long. I would not really go above the 400mg/wk on each. Give it time and look at your training and nutrition if gains stop. Some cases too much gear will bring your gains to a halt just as fast. I like slow and steady for gains. Keep the dose as low as possible and minimize the sides also. You going to add test to this I hope? Cause if not you are headed for some trouble!
 
yes i will be runing 600mgs test. i i did not plan on runing more then 400mgs on the deca and 450mgs on the eq.i have read that these componds work very slow so they should be run no less then 16 wks.
 
Sides are lowest when bloodlevels are steady. By changing every couple weeks you will never at any given time during your cycle have steady bloodlevels.

A lot of peoples gains slow at eight weeks. Eight weeks is usually when you start to get lethargic and maybe you aren't sleeping good. Then maybe you don't keep your calorie and protein intake up. You've been feeling the juice and maybe overtraining a bit too. Thats when the gains stop. This may not be the case with you but I think a lot of people run into this around eight weeks in.

As for running EQ and Deca together I think there are much better things to combine. Test of some kind should be in every cycle, IMO. Also with those two at that length and no Test you will have no sex drive or ability. The Prolactin build up may also bring on Gyno. They are long esters and ramping up is not neccessary either.

I think it is a great idea to start low and up your doses (particularly as bodyweight increases- but they may be more than four weeks).


I also think it is a good idea to run cycles with EQ for 16-20 weeks.


However, I do not recommend beginners run 16-20 week cycles, and likewise, cycles with EQ (because of the long run time with this compound).


Test at 500 and Deca at 400 (absolute max dosages) for 10 weeks would probably do better than what the OP has outlined.
