Is there a way to get TV on computer?

Well a TV tuner carrd like a Hauppage would be your best solution. That tied in with Media Center is awesome.

justin.tv has people that stream live tv and events.

other than finding it on the net later, you need a tv tuner card. There are very cheap ones out there. There are external devices that work ok as well as internal cards.

you could always try channelsurfing.net, it's not the best but you can watch almost all pay per views for free.
