its night here ,and I never said I used every type I said I tried blue tops black tops and some other china stuff , never said I had any long term experience none of them did any thing good for me .

You came across in that original post like you had so much experience and your opinion on that product should carry some weight. You added that you posted so much more on other boards as if that was proof of your knowledge and we should accept it as that. Even though you ignored the request for where you deposited all these contributions and under what name. We didn't buy it.

You didn't read the rules which is on you.

Those things create a sense of doubt regarding you, based on what you posted, not on what members here did in response.

My advice would be to stay within you knowledge lane without trying to pretend to be more than you are, contribute where you can, and learn from others here. Over time you will build up some trust here. Unfortunately your first steps here set you back, not forward. Now it's up to you to overcome that.

Why should you only do 2iu per dose?

Pretty sure I read an academic journal case study that stated your body can only absorb 2ius at a time, so splitting up your shots throughout the day is optimal. I think timing in between is at least 4-6 hours don't quote me on it. 2iu, 1.5 or whatever fits into what your desired daily dose is instead of taking 4-10ius straight up
