I ran HGH years ago for a short time and started getting pain in wrist. And think of trying again. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it

I have heard it could happen. Was not sure if it was common or unrelated but pain went away when I stopped HGH

You could try a low dose of potassium bicarbonate. If you're on an ACEi or an ARB, I wouldn't recommend the supplemental use of potassium.

Common side effect to HGH,,,For some it subsides after a period for others it worsens.

You can try lowering the dose and see if that helps.

It’s really common. You’ll find a lot posts about it if you use the search function. Some people can only top out at a few IU before they get it, some can avoid it by gradually increasing dose and others (like myself) don’t get it at all. It’s all individual.
