Or maybe I should have asked if it was a good way to train..
For example Incline DB chest. I do 5 sets
warm-up with 60x10
then immediately jump and try to beat the log book so..
85x6
85x5
then drop down to
75x10
75x8
So then next week after i warm up I would try and get 85x7 or 85x8
Do you guys think im not getting as many reps in? Im just trying to go heavy with extreme concentration to try and hit that muscle to stimulate growth
