on back says only 4, isoleuchine, leuchine, valine, l glutamine, whats about the other 4 essentials or more of the 20 nonessentials, like optium whey. so is it not considered incomplete, do they just expect you to get your other essentials elsewhere, or not nescarry? am i behind?

If it looks like whey, taste like whey, mixes like whey its probably whey. This protein has been around forever, its one of the best.

Whey isolate must contains all eaa's, bcaa's, conditional and nonessential amino acids and calories. If it were free form bcaa's and glutamine only, it would be a zero calorie product.
