Victor's arms look so much better than Jay's... even more obvious when Jay is off-season like in those vids... they have (have had for a long time actually) that puffy look that really isn't appealing. Bi's especially.
ive always kind of wavered on that. i think vic has the edge over jay on a few parts, arms being just one of them. jay is a freak but vic just seems to have much better definition. jays just all bulgy where vic is just pure muscle on pure muscle.
Vic's arms are great but he can't compete with jay's delts - those things look like watermelons
Did anyone else hear them say they will do 30 sets per bodypart?????
Although, it seems like they don't train to failure - perhaps that is a big factore in them being able to get in 30 sets.... god, i do half that amount and then recovery is brutal... ill sleep forever like rip van winkle...
