I don't think that's true. In the past he tested positive for coke during out of competition testing...oddly they let him fight that time.

I agree. I loved Pride fighting championships from Japan. I don't believe they were tested at all, more like encouraged. The fights were awesome and no major crazy injuries.

They let him fight because they fucked up. OOC, cocaine isn't a problem and it never should have gone public. LOL. He's sponsored by GAT or GAC or some supplement company that, IINM, has had issues with "tainted supps." Interested to see the compounds he failed for and see how this plays out. Either way, I feel bad for both myself , DC and Jones. Sucks all around.

The crack down was their choice...it wasn't forced on them. The UFC hired Novitzky to run their program.

Jon Jones has been talking about taking legal action when they released his cocaine failure because it was out of competition test. They do not test for recreational drugs in out of competition test. That test was a mistake. In competition is another story. I'm 100% posotive about this.

Yup! Anderson Silva will face Cormier in a non title fight. I don't think I could be any less interested in this fight.

It's kind of odd though that they said there wasn't enough time for a second test confirming the first though.

I'm hearing they are going to make an official announcement on the sale AFTER UFC 200 but we will see if that holds true.
