7 meals a day, 2.5hrs apart. I hate that IFYM stuff tbh, as I feel that single ingredient whole foods are much more conducive for performance in the gym.
Meal 1
85g cream of rice
60g blueberries
1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 slice rye bread
Meal 2
300g Jasmine rice
170g chicken
10g avo oil
Meal 3
170g 96/4 ground beef
280g jasmine rice
Meal 4
170g 96/4 ground beef
85g cream of rice
Meal 5
170g tilapia
250g jasmine rice
Meal 6
225g chicken
375g sweet potatoe
Meal 7
1 cup oats
2 scoops whey iso
At only 18 I'm guessing you still live with parents? If so does your mom prepare/cook all those meals for you? If so, wonderful mom!
