What’s up PM! Just getting started up on my mass phase for the fall/winter months. Just got cleared 2 weeks ago to be able to lift 100% again, following my left Tricep tendon surgeries back around 9 weeks ago. Still have to be cautious on chest and triceps but overall…it’s time to work.
I’ve never been one to run a lot of gear, even as a IFBB pro, I’ve never needed to be due to being a hyper responder.
This cycle I attached is the most I will have ever ran.

Everything is provided through @SunrisePharma and I also throw in Serostim 4iu kits to well…save money on the damn GH.

I’ll keep everyone updated on progress pics.
Starting weight as of now is 263lbs yesterday. I’m 5’10

Anyone else getting ready to fire up their winter bulk?

Sounds like a plan, looking forward to seeing how you progress. I loved a Test/Primo combo. Very basic and solid plan overall though (basic is best IMO)
Is the TPP in that mix Test PhenylProp?
 
very moderate cycle and basic, i like it
so 1-10 is 1,3g test, 300mg npp and 300mg mastp if i see it correct.
NO AI at this test/mast ratio?
also, i am jealous you are already given the go to train 100% again.. Docs here in germany are so conservative.
All say how far ahead i am but they still stick to the basic plan .. "8th week.. well, use some bands or 5lb dumbbells blabla"..
Right now i still have issues going into full extension against resistance (even against 1lb) but apart from that, my right arm feels fine.

Yes that’s is what the TPP is. As I have got older, I like Primo in off-season. Less water retention, BP stays in check, and I feel the gains are better quality.
 
Why are you mixing different testosterone esters? Cypio/Enan as a base, and prop 3x a week?
The Cyp or E is either or. I have both of them on hand so whichever I run out of I already have the other so it’s basically an option. That is my face testosterone, which is going to be a long Ester. So either works for me.
The reason I have the fast acting testosterone PP, it’s because I do those injections every other day, but to be honest, I’m probably gonna break it down more into doing those every day so I have a more sustained level in my body. In the past many years ago, I would do let’s say 500 or 600 mg of testosterone twice a week and that would create really bad peaks and valleys. So by adding a fast acting testosterone, such as testosterone prop, or PP, indicates the fact of having the roller coaster of spiking her testosterone really high, but having it starting to crash down. I do like having a little bit of a fast deca. Not so much for the effects, but more so as for my joints.
Masteron, as we all know is primarily a cosmetic drug. But when combined with testosterone or primo, and it can boost the effects of the other drugs.

I never really run an anti-estrogen in the off-season because I’m a huge proponent that you want to have a good moderate level of estrogen in the off-season. I have never been subject to gyno, or any nasty estrogen side effects so to each their own. The masteron by itself does help with control of estrogen.
But as always, I always base everything off of my lab results. And I have never been one that was sensitive to high estrogen. Even when I would run cycles to where my testosterone would go up to 750 mg at higher, my estrogen across the board stayed in range.

Sorry for the somewhat word salad, I’m sitting in traffic getting back to my gym and this voice text is a shit show. Haha

The doctors here are conservative too, I went to a doctor that is a ex Ohio State University football player and he’s very into bodybuilding, so he understands that I need to get back to it as quick as possible but as healthy as possible. We were aggressive with the rehab and it was very successful I was lucky to have such a great doc.
 
As far as my routine, I generally have not changed it in many years as it works in my schedule. I got a family with two kids in first grade, so my schedule works out great for the family life lol currently what I do is on Mondays I do chest with shoulders, I do legs, Wednesdays I takeoff, Thursdays I do back, Fridays I do biceps and triceps, and Saturdays I do a light touchup leg workout with calves. When I go into prep, I will add more abdominal training, but for the most part, my ab training is sporadic and I just do bodyweight .

I honestly like to mix up my training I’ve done both hit training like Dorian Yates style and then I’ve also done more high volume. For me, I find a happy medium between both, but in a nutshell, I always stick to progressive overload as that’s what my body responds to the most. I do like to have those heavy sets to failure, but generally, I’ll keep it at one set while my other sets are more high volume. It also depends on the body part as well. I could grab a pair of 25 pound dumbbells and do slide lateral raises for delts and after three sets my shoulders are on fire. Legs I’ve always had to use moderate weight but a lot of reps. Chest and back my body always responded better with doing volume, but also throwing in a few sets where I go to heavy failure.
 
Not him obviously but seems like it’s part of a blend he has already. Also I do feel a bit more of a kick adding Prop on top of Cyp during cycles
Agree 100%. That quick ester kick is definitely a boost and I feel it keeps my levels stable during the long ester injections.

You're injecting 5 days per week anyway, why not just mix everything together in 1 vial and shoot the blend evenly divided 5 days per week to avoid the peaks and troughs?
