...this week from last week's lift. Hit 405 x 7 last week on incline.

Wanted to get 405 x 10 on incline this week, but had to settle for 8 solid and 1 assist for the 9th rep.

I was filling really good after that lift and told my partner I wanted to see if I could get 455 x 3 reps. Well...I nailed it for 3! My buddy almost touched the bar and you can hear me yell in the video as I exhaled...."Don't touch it!"
That's my best lift on incline to date.

Not impressive by any means, I do all that with a single hand with my pinkies out.... Tank Sarge will outlift you any day of the week, and outrep you by atleast 3x . How about you put up some real weight you pussy
