Olive oil is healthy... but oleic acid is an omega 9 fatty acid. You don't want your ratios of omega 3s to omega 6s to omega 9s to get out of whack. So it probably would be a better idea to take less olive oil and replace it with some high quality fish oil (Carlson's is the best, imo).
