Cold pressed seed oils IM for health

Hello,

Anyone here use/used any type of cold pressed seed oils via IM, targeting a better health ?
example: punicic oil, pumpkin seed oil, flaxseed, chia, etc...

I'm talking about pure cold pressed seed oil, not steroids.
But, if you did changed the carrier oil and had any improvement on health (not about pip), please report also.

I do not use it and I would like to know if some of those oils are as good as the ''studies'' say they are.

Are they bad for health ? Am I missing something ?

Please let me know.
 
Yea Man. I usually pin 1ml to 2ml of grapeseed oil IM year round. Sometimes that can go up to 4-6ml a week 12-16 weeks out of the year

Honestly I don't know anything about that, but I believe it's better to eat it. Some things work better when thy go through the whole process of digestion, in this case the bacteria in the gut may modify the fatty acids, but hopefully some one else can chime in
