Hello, I would like to train for a fitness comp. and am not sure how to go about it. Im 46 yrs old and love to work out, the problem is I dont have accesss to a real gym because I live in a small town with no gym. I'm not sure how to get started with the weight routine and food intake. Any comments would be helpfull, Thanks.
