As for training, I haven't trained DC style in a few years. Right now I'm using a training template of my own that is loosely based off the old Leo Costa Big Beyond Belief book.
Cardio has been the same for the last few weeks: 9 sessions of 45 minutes per week (double sessions on my 3 low carb days per week, and single sessions on my 3 medium carb days). I'm having one high carb day per week right now, about 1,000 grams.

Shelby, coming along nicely by the week. Of course the legs and back are your strong points and look great. The chest, delts and arms are really starting to come along though the last couple weeks.
