As for training, I haven't trained DC style in a few years. Right now I'm using a training template of my own that is loosely based off the old Leo Costa Big Beyond Belief book.
Cardio has been the same for the last few weeks: 9 sessions of 45 minutes per week (double sessions on my 3 low carb days per week, and single sessions on my 3 medium carb days). I'm having one high carb day per week right now, about 1,000 grams.

Chest, delts and arms are definitely my weak points right now.


As for the next 10 weeks being easy.. we'll see. So far it's been a pretty easy prep though. Staying leaner in the offseason has definitely helped out in that regard.
 
you look great! quick question about your legs if you dont mind. do you do very many sets/ reps or do you keep it kind of low.

i am in the market for some legs like yours, and what i am doing is preexhausting w leg extensions, then doing one or two sets each of squat, hack squat and leg press, very slow controlled reps, moderate reps, (10-12) to failure or damn near, before moving onto hams and calves. do you think this will get me there?

any training philosophy you care to share will be appreciated. thanks!

oh, i am also keeping logs, so i can avoid ruts and plateaus by referring back and seeing where i was a week or two or three ago.
