This time last year I researched Dave Palumbo's diet and decided to try it out. Ive been lifting for 4 years naturally and after bulking up from 140 to 210 i needed to loose alot of fat. to make a long story short I used his methods and got down to 180, I wanted to compete, something ive wanted to do since starting lifting and placed 3rd in a local show. I then used a different approach and incorporated carbs into my next diet and placed 5th in another show, it was very difficult for me to nail that dry hard look.
I was debating whether or not to do another show, and decided not to I am no longer natural and feel I need more time to get my body where it needs to be.
I used my time off to put more size on I went from 180 to 235 but I have such a hard time holding a good amount of weight I feel I loose alot of muscle when dieting. I am 5'6 but would like to stay around 200 lean I am looking for some advice and crituques on this diet I have came up with, I loose alot of fat on a keto diet but would like to incorporate some carbs so I came up with this.
5 whole eggs 4 egg whites 1/2 cup oats
50 g shake 1.5 tbs pb
8 ounce red meat 1 tbs mac oil 1 cup brochli or greens
50 g shake 1.5 tbs pd 1/2 cup oats 1 bannana(post workout meal)
9 ounces chicken breast 1/3 cup almonds 1/2 grapefruit
50 g shake 1.5 tbs pd
I understand this is a very small amount of carbs only enough to replenish my stores would this be a good diet to keep a good amount of muscle while sstill burning fat...
Ideally i would be using
750 mg test cyp.
600 mg. eq
40mcg clen ed
