Ketone levels are at 160(16)????

am i dieing or losing fat? lol

Glucose is none so not sure if i should be worried about this or not. I dont eat a lot of carbs but a bit more than 50g a day. Mostly protein and healthy fats.

anyway gonna bump my carbs up and see if this changes.

any thoughts?

Every year I go on the anabolic diet and I drop my body fat very fast. But there was one year that I was on it and I was slightly above the moderate range on the Ketosis paper test stick that you urinate on which is exactly where I wanted to be. This meant I was burning body fat 24/7. What I didn’t account for was catching pneumonia while on the diet. I was very sick and couldn’t eat anything without tossing it back up. I finally went to the doctors after 3 or 4 days and the doctor chewed my ass out big time. My ketones were off the chart and they had to give me 5 bags of water because I was so dehydrated. Be careful if they go to high it could cause brain damage, kidney or liver damage.

thanks for the post man.....im thinking my UA strips may be old. Got some more coming tonight so ill try the new ones. Really freaked out at this point.
