He stopped competing for a few years, but reading his report is interesting....i find it hard to believe he isn't taking anything after watching this video, but then again.....

why lol he quated that he was at 4% bf or so but i dont really think he is that low but still fucking lean as hell and massive for the time spent training after the lay off

goes to show you how good his genetics are if he looks like that after living off alcohole for years and not trainign at all then when he starts training gets to a jacked 230lbs in like 2 or 3 months lol man i wish i had those genetics lol ahh well il just bust ass instead

Yeah he is blessed with good genetics...but also a positive mental attitude. I saw him training a stan mcquay about 2 years ago maybe less and observed that he is real cool with his fans...seems like the nicest guy in the world. I never bothered him cuz thats just not my style but it was nice to observe his character.

well he talks about supplementation and we all know what some of the supplements these days can do....some of the recent ones known to be as hardcore as dbols, so this mystery supplement can be in fact one of these chemically close to juice supplements. def wasnt a totally natural transformation, even with his crazy genetics...weve all seen the intensity it takes to pack on muscle from pros even while on juice, his workouts were not that intense

He has great genetics and at one time was a huge threat for the MR.O title.
