I've always trained forearms and like to. They're like calves; either nobody does them or puts no effort into it if they do.

Iv followed this guy for his guitar stuff. I play too. He’s actually pretty good. Funny I wore almost the same costume for Halloween lol I never actually thought about rocking my costume at the gym. I’ll def consider it next year
