here are some pics of me when i was 19, these are from the mr. utah comp. in november of '04.... i was a natty at this time of my life....i thought i would post these to show the progress i have made over the last 3 years. also to show what can be obtained without aas...
i think i weighed in at 210lbs, really didnt know how to diet at the time, all i knew is that fat is bad! so my diet at the time consisted of mainly protein shakes, yogurt, and fat free granola.... i was training every bodypart 2x a week and did about 15min of cardio every morn.....i had no guidence going into this show but ended up doing pretty good....
