L-arginine,tryptophan,5-htp,melatonin,gaba = get to sleep & possibly help gh release?
Trying to get a plan together to kick my habit of taking diphenhydramine sleep aids to get to sleep because i read it kills gh production.I also take ambien and amitriptylene but not sure they would effect gh release?So far i read all those i listed in the title either promote sleep and gh release or one or the other and all should be taken before bed.Im not sure about taking all of them since one may trump the use of the other.For instance when i read about tryptophan and 5htp they seem like close to the same thing and maybe you should just use one or the other?Are some others in that list if combined with the others also?
