Yea, do some serious reading before using. You can create a natural insulin spike with dextrose or some other very high gi carb but kind of defeats the object. Also as said only bother with the injectable stuff

Thanks for the suggestions. I was basically wondering if the capsules were worth trying? I have some ordered from Vita Cost...I guess I'll know in a week or so, once I start taking them.

I thought i was the only one. You know years ago when i landed my first job at vitamin shoppe. I got curious on information on the natural approach to fertility recovery methods. And long behold, carnitine was one of the suggested supplements.

What about like an alert feeling? Like fatigue wont set in as hard?

Compared to anything else you can get, l-carnitine takes a very long time for results to show, it'll help drop a few pounds after 2-3 months. Also if you're gonna go that route, add CLA too.

But your have to consume carbs instead to shuttle it where it needs to go which could hinder fat loss. That said with postworkout carbs would be a good time. I should have worded my post better to be fair. Optimum results for fat loss with insulin use or something

IMO, injectable L-carn is a HUGELY underrated supplement when it comes go cutting.

Just like Sammy said, L-carn with small amounts of slin or l-carn with lost of carbs. Your cardio will be better and if you add in some peps or GH, you WILL SEE BENEFITS.

Definitely have seen a great increase of erection quality from injectable l-carnitine. Highly recommended!
