Its getting harder and harder,..zzzzzzzzzzzzz:)
I started doing 3 times cardio a day;( (3x50min)...and better with my diet:)..
My legs are almost ready:)
Havin problem with posing:)-feel like ROBOCOP:)
But lets see-will be my first one:)

BUT KEEP GETTING LEANER. BEING LEAN ON STAGE IS A LOT DIFFERENT THAN BEING LEAN IN "PERSON".
Annie your looking great, your legs are really nice and i like the shape of them, your going to do fine, but like phil said above don't get relaxed and keep pushing hard all the way to the finish line, get as lean as you possibly can, i think your going to do really well in your first show, if you don't place well, don't get discouraged as figure can really mess with a girls head as the judges are soooooo inconsistent in what they are looking for. be sure to talk to the judges after your show and get their feedback on what they thought of you win or loose! good luck and thanks for keeping us updated on your progress.
 
Wow, I'm very amazed you keep improving drastically from each set of pictures. You look great and every week that goes by I think it can't get better it does! awesome work.
 
Great changes from the last pics. I agree with Phil. You need to go harder than ever now to strip off as much fat as you can till show time. Your legs are beggining to come in so now is the time to get mean. You may find that next time around you need to give your self a few more weeks on diet. But looking good now. Nice changes!

Any advice how to strip off...
I do not have any idea how to do it now-2 weeks out.now I am doing cardio in a morning-round 5 am,then round 12pm and 9 pm(3x50 min)Weight lifting 4 times a week.Cardio-7 days.Eat-carb only till 10.30 am(1st.and 2nd meal)and then protein(20gr.)every 3h.(fish,shake or cot.cheese.,p.butter)
what do I do wrong?
taking only fat burners and vit.

Dump the dairy/cottage cheese. You are looking great. Keep up the good work and good luck.
 
Annie... you really do look great! You've made some amazing changes. You and Momma Hutch are an inspiration. It helps me keep on track watch you guys. :)

Definitely drop the dairy... milk/cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.

start with your shirt. taht is always good. go slow, tease the man a little

then unbotton the pants and spin around, show the pantie line a little

hahahaha. i had to--sorry, LOL!

btw. you are making great improvements good luck with your show
