i think you are going to do well. you have alot of room for growth on that frame. geting lean like you have is all that matters now. you have done a good job so far. what class are you going into? good luck man!
balplayer, I'll be competing as a heavyweight. I should come in around 213 or 215lbs. I'm 5"11" so that's why I tried to stay as a heavyweight. This offseason I weighed 242lbs so next year I'll get much heavier. I'm thinking at least 255lbs.
I'll need to eat more so I can get the weight up. Hopefully next year I can come in between 218lbs and 221lbs. Much fuller. Funny how bodybuilding is becuz 4 or 5 pounds make you look so much fuller and bigger. Four pounds on me is like 8 to 10lbs.
Thanks BIGKIWI, hearing anything from you is excellent and motivating. Once I cut the sodium and water intake I'm thinking I'll look a bit dryer. I'll see what happens. I'm hoping to wake up Saturday morning ( the day of the contest) and look ripped, dry but also have my muscles full.
Any suggestions on what my morning meal should be? I'll probably wake up weighing around 212lbs and would want to eat to fill out a bit up to around 215lbs or so.
I hear eating pancakes and honey should bring me really veiny and the sugar will boost into my insulin or something like that.
Anyone agree? What foods are good to have the morning of the show???
