Thanks BIGKIWI, hearing anything from you is excellent and motivating. Once I cut the sodium and water intake I'm thinking I'll look a bit dryer. I'll see what happens. I'm hoping to wake up Saturday morning ( the day of the contest) and look ripped, dry but also have my muscles full.
Any suggestions on what my morning meal should be? I'll probably wake up weighing around 212lbs and would want to eat to fill out a bit up to around 215lbs or so.
I hear eating pancakes and honey should bring me really veiny and the sugar will boost into my insulin or something like that.
Anyone agree? What foods are good to have the morning of the show???
