Last Year When I competed for First time ever...

Next competition will be october... I am coming way bigger than that...

Since it was my first time competing i ask for somebody to help me ( A Professional IFBB pro) and he did very bad on his guidance, how do i know? when i share with others what he was telling me what to do...

Any ways, I dump the mother fucker and I am under Alex Azarian Guidence, I am very happy i came to him....

Last time I competed light heavy weight at 194 pounds. this year will come in at 215 pounds...

Very simple my friend . If you weight on the off season 240 pound after you do your 16 weeks diet u have probably drop 10-20 pound of body fat. So that will give you an idea how heavy are you coming to your next contest....

Unless your really lean, I'll say 200-205, maybe up to 210 lbs. Just stating from experience, personal and from others.
